I would like to wish everybody a Happy New Year, and hope the holidays went well for all. We have some awesome things to work on in 2009, and always improving Trellis Desk based off your input, so please head over to the forums and share your feedback!

Your HelpDesk may be helful if there is a search function. I downloaded your software, installed it but then i removed it becuase it does not have search engine.
