I've been using Trellis 1 for 4 months now and it needs all those kind of features that it looks like are coming in 2. I'm in the same boat as Alex - I'll have to go with kayako if I can't get more features and the bugs in 1.0 ironed out... Really, really want to get on with Trellis 2

Cant wait for this version to be released! any new news!? Whats going on with version 2? I thought i read you would be releasing it this summer? Can you at least give us an estimated reales date?Great product but it really needs the new features of 2. :)
