v2.0 Coming Along

Hey guys!

Just a little teaser of Trellis Desk v2.0...

I tried to convert the movie to the proper format for Posterous, but the quality looked horrible.  I'll figure it out later.  And yes... that's custom priorities for tickets you are seeing. :)

hey guys, will write more later; by the looks of it, trellis can totally blow away most of the other ticket systems, its so slick. why isnt there more advertising done? i came onto trellis via some guys comment on some bizarre site while on the hunt for the optimal ticketing system to use. this rocks...
